A capsule wardrobe that is not beige
Twelve pieces, four weeks of outfits, and why the colour rule is wrong.
Autumn 2026 · the new edit
Eight pieces, cut in small runs from silk, merino and wool. Designed to be worn weekly for years, not photographed once.

Four pieces that carry the season.

Made in small runs
We cut in batches small enough to check every seam. The coat is 80% wool and lined; the slip is 19-momme silk with French seams. If a fabric cannot survive twenty washes, it does not go into the range.
That means fewer styles and occasional waits for a restock - and no landfill of unsold colourways in January.
Fit, fabric and buying less badly.

Twelve pieces, four weeks of outfits, and why the colour rule is wrong.

What actually damages protein fibres, and the two products worth owning.

Three measurements decide whether a garment looks expensive.
Restocks, new fabrics and the occasional note from the studio. No discount noise.
The cheapest garment is the one you wear a hundred times. Our fit guide covers the three measurements that decide whether a piece looks considered, and the care guide covers washing silk and wool without a weekly dry-cleaning habit. If you are building from scratch, start with the capsule wardrobe.
