How do I choose a size?
Measure bust, waist and hip, then compare with the table on the product page. Between sizes: size up in knitwear, stay true in silk. Email us and we will pick one size for you.
What is your return policy?
30 days, unworn or tried on, tags attached. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of inspection.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Free over $150 domestically; international rates are calculated at checkout by weight. Duties are the buyer's responsibility.
When will a sold-out piece return?
Restocks take 4-6 weeks for knitwear and coats, longer for silk. Join the newsletter and we announce restocks there first.
Are the fabrics natural?
Silk, merino, linen and wool, with percentages listed on every product page. No hidden polyester.
How should I wash silk?
Hand wash cool with a pH-neutral soap, roll in a towel, dry flat. Never tumble dry.
Do you offer alterations?
We do not alter, but we will tell you what a tailor should change and roughly what it costs.
Can I see pieces in person?
The studio is open by appointment Tuesday to Thursday. Email to book.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, in $50 increments, valid for 24 months.
Is there a size XXL?
Some pieces run to XL. Where a style stops at L we say so on the product page rather than inventing a size.
